Dear Flotek My drilling rig main pump took a dive Saturday morning, I rang Flotek after hours and got a Brett on the phone, gave him my part number off the Rexroth pump, he got off the phone and rang me back about 15 minutes later. apparently Brett got a hold of a good mate from Brisbane that went to there workshop boxed the pump up and drove it to the airport, Brett picked up the pump 3 hours later and drove it to my workshop in Shepperton on a Saturday. I was up and running with in 5 hours of making 1 phone call, I would recommend Flotek Hydraulics to all my mates. Thanks Brett and tell your mate in QLD thanks to.
